What you actually keep.
OnlyFans says you keep 80%. If you have a team, you don't. Here's what you keep on peek, where it comes from, and why it takes less work.
- OnlyFans, with an agency$24–56agency takes 30–70% of what's left
- Telegram, via Stars$60–85approximate, 21-day hold
- OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue$80and you run the DMs
- peek feed$50.50new fans; half buys them your tokens
- peek, your room and DMs$955% fee, no split
Your account is an inbox.
On OnlyFans, subscriptions are a shrinking part of the money. In its last audited year, OnlyFans' revenue from subscriptions fell 10% while pay-per-view, tips and messages grew 20%.
Agencies that run large accounts say about three quarters of revenue comes from messages, and about one fan in ten produces nine of every ten message dollars. The account isn't really a content business. It's an inbox, and someone has to work it around the clock.
The 80% that isn't.
OnlyFans keeps 20%. That part is true. What it leaves out is what happens next. About half of creators earning $5,000 a month or more use a management agency, according to an industry survey, and the share climbs toward the top.
Agencies usually take 30–50% of what OnlyFans leaves you, and some contracts reportedly go to 70%. Run the numbers and a managed creator keeps 24 to 56 cents of every dollar a fan spends.
Creators sign for good reasons. Agencies sell two things: traffic, and someone to answer the DMs. Run it yourself and you keep the full 80%, but you do every job for it.
Agency cuts usually run 30–50% of what OnlyFans leaves you. Some contracts go to 70%. Across that range you keep $24–$56.
Four ways peek pays you.
Each one does a job you'd otherwise do yourself, or pay someone to do.
The feed is your ad.
Short clips, each with a free preview, 5 to 15 seconds, your call. To keep watching, a fan unlocks. Half your price goes straight to you. Half buys them your tokens, and you get a cut of that trade too.
Every clip is its own ad, inside the app, in front of people already looking. That's the traffic you pay an agency to find on Reddit and X.
And it's new money. OnlyFans has no feed, so none of it comes out of what your fans already spend on you.
new set, full thing after the peek
Half goes to marlowe. Half buys you their tokens. The clip stays unlocked even if you sell them later.

Your room is your Telegram.
Fans who hold a key get a spot in your room. Rooms top out around 1,000 people, so a spot means something, and the people in it came to buy.
You sell drops into it, one to many. You decide who can post: your top fans free, everyone else for a price you set. Paid posts get pinned where you'll see them.
14 photosYour DMs are for your whales.
Your top fans can message you directly, and you pick how many. Everyone else can pay to, if you let them. You set the price and how many a day, and if you don't reply within 72 hours, they're refunded.
A handful of conversations is something you can keep up with yourself. That's the job you pay chatters to do, at a size that doesn't need them.
Trading pays while you sleep.
Your tokens trade around the clock, and every trade pays you. It moves with attention. If your tokens are worth $1.5 million in total, that's roughly $2,250 in a quiet month and $13,500 in a busy one.
Treat it as upside. Everything above works without it.
Assumes your tokens are worth $1,500,000 in total and you get 1% of every trade. It moves with attention. Upside, not a salary.
You set the rules.
Who posts free, what everyone else pays, how many paid DMs a day, how long you have to reply. Change any of it whenever your room changes. Paid in USDC or ETH, when fans pay. No chargebacks.
The two jobs you pay a team for are built in.
Your fans could spend 41% less, and you'd still come out ahead.
Start with what your fans already spend on you. In your room and DMs you keep 95%. On OnlyFans you keep 80% on your own, or 24–56% with an agency. So your fans could spend 41% less on peek and you'd still beat what you keep with an agency, or 16% less if you run everything yourself today.
The feed comes on top. It's new money from strangers, and OnlyFans has no feed, so none of it comes out of what your fans already spend.

On peek, this is your room and DMs.

Your fans could spend 49% less on peek and you'd still keep what you keep today.

It's more likely to be her.
Fans have figured out that on big accounts, the person typing back often isn't the creator. A federal class action filed in 2024 alleges agencies hired chatters to pose as creators. A judge dismissed the fraud claims in May 2026, partly because OnlyFans' terms say creators can use third parties. A privacy claim against the agencies is still going.
On peek, your top fans talk to you. Those DMs come from your verified account, and shared logins and inbox tools aren't allowed on them. Paid DMs are refunded unless you reply. Fans are ranked by what they hold over time, ranks update once a day, and nobody gets bumped without notice.
Fans pay more when it's really you. On peek it can be, without a team.
If someone passes you, you'd need about 1,200 more tokens to stay in the top 10. You'd get a day's notice first.
Where this is weaker.
Some won't, at least not right away. That's the real risk.
The other half buys the fan your tokens. It's new money, but your room and DMs are where you keep 95%.
Your room and paid DMs have to carry the rest. You trade one-to-one volume for one-to-many.
That's a real step, and some won't take it.
Some months it's big, some months it's small. Don't plan your rent around it.
Keep your OnlyFans. Keep your agency if it's working for you. Post here too, and see what pays.
Isn't this just a creator coin?
No. Creator coins paid creators only when people traded, and there was nothing else to do with them. One analysis found 99% of Zora creator coins stopped trading within five trades. Base's creator rewards averaged about $26 a creator.
On peek, your token is access. A key gets a fan into your room, and holding the most gets him a direct line to you. You're paid for what fans watch and buy: unlocks, drops, messages. Trading is extra.
